All pricing includes your personalized celebration greeting (Happy Birthday Erin, Congrats James, Look who’s 40!, etc.) as well as stars, balloons and other fun graphics based on age and interest. YARD PARTY GRAM provides the service of all delivery, set-up and removal of the greeting signs.

A typical YARD PARTY GRAM RENTAL period is for 24 hrs. We do love to serve our clients; therefore, with advance notice at booking we would love for you to enjoy your YARD PARTY GRAM for additional days at a rate starting at $65 per day.

Yes! Especially during graduation season our clients love to extend the rentals. Rentals can be extended up to two extra days for an additional fee starting at $65 per day. Last minute extensions may not be possible if another reservation is already scheduled for the theme in use in your yard. The rental cost includes delivery, installation, removal, and all applicable city and state taxes.

You can request to say pretty much anything on your YARD PARTY GRAM greeting as long as it is not vulgar, profane, rude or offensive. Click here are some Greeting Ideas of what other happy clients have said in their Yard Party Gram.  (link to greeting ideas- how to say it)

We encourage you to request the colors and graphics that you like. All requests are subject to availability. If neither the primary or secondary color you choose is available, we will reach out to you to discuss options. If the graphics you choose are not available they may be substituted at our discretion. If you have specific graphics you would like that you do not see in our inventory, please reach out to discuss. With enough lead time we can special order specific graphics for your celebration. There will not be an extra charge as long as it is something we feel we can use in the future

Your YARD PARTY GRAM can be set up between 5:00pm and 11:59pm on the evening before the event (Night of the 5th for a birthday on the 6th) or on the day of the event between 5:00am and 11:59am. During peak time these times can be extended. Some clients prefer to receive delivery during the day while the recipient is at school or work and this can be requested at booking or when making a custom reservation. All others can be installed in the evening or mornings. The order form will ask you if you prefer daytime or evening setup. If you need a specific time please put that information in the “other information” section of the form, and we will do our best to meet that request, based on availability

Signs are typically picked up about 24 hours from the time delivery whether morning or evening of unless extra days were purchased. If you have a pick up time request for earlier or later we can try to accommodate based on scheduling, but arrangements need to be made ahead of time.

Yes! Installation and removal of signs in backyards will only be done during daylight hours.

Installation at a public place such as a park requires a responsible adult to be present from time of installation to time of removal. Renter will be liable for any missing or damaged pieces. It is strongly encouraged to check with the park district or land owner to ensure signs are permitted on the premises. No refunds will be given for early removal due to a request by the landowner.

Please do not move or remove the signs as damage may occur. If you would like the YARD PARTY GRAM removed prior to the scheduled pick up time, please call us at 1-800-814-8414 and we will make arrangements for pick as soon as possible.

A “Happy 5th Birthday RICH” sign using individual letters in two rows, which is most of what you see in the gallery, stretches about 20 feet across the yard and needs a minimum of about 4 feet front to back. We also have two YARD PARTY GRAM greetings that have a Happy Birthday message on one sign and only need about 6 feet, which is a great alternative for smaller yards! These can still be personalized with a name and graphics. If you are concerned about space please contact us to discuss options.

Every townhouse community has different rules and space. Please check with your management group to make sure that signs are allowed and where they are allowed. Rather than order through the website it would also be good to contact us using the request a custom reservation form and then we can discuss the space available and what your best options are. Unfortunately, we do not install signs at apartment complexes.

Unfortunately, no. The signs are the property of YARD PARTY GRAM and instrumental to our business. Please do not move, remove or store the signs to keep them from being damaged.

We ask that you schedule mowing for before delivery or after removal. Mowers and trimmers can damage the signs.

If it is dry out, please water the lawn for a day or two before installation. This will help insure that the stakes can go into the ground. If the ground is too hard we will be unable to install the sign.

YARD PARTY GRAM greetings signs can be installed and sustain mild amounts of rain and snow. However, In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your Yard Party signs. Weather related delays in installation will be communicated as soon as possible. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, heavy snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. We will first attempt to reschedule; if rescheduling is not possible you will be given a full refund. In most circumstances, our team members will be flexible, however, greeting times cannot be extended due to weather related delays.

Once reservations are made YARD PARTY GRAM holds the requested inventory specifically for your date and event. Things can happen and if you need to cancel your reservation, you must notify Yard Party Gram by 9:00am the day 72 hrs prior to the scheduled Date of Delivery to receive a 50% refund of your order fee. Cancellations requested after 9:00 am within 72 hours of the day scheduled Date of Delivery but before delivery and display will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be administered due to undeliverable conditions:

• No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
• No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
• No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
• No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
• No refunds will be given for circumstances or perceived danger that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

We will provide a full refund for any sign that cannot be set up due to inclement weather. Inclement weather includes lightning, thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds or other Acts of God that would put us or our signs in harm’s way
